97.041 One Compact Traction Arm Fits C1 and C3

One Black, polymer resin replacement traction arm, with tungsten carbide tipped studs pressed in, for size C1 and C3 Spikes-Spiders.  They can be identified by an "Art." number of 97.041 on the outside bend on the side of the arm.
